Operational Risk Control Profiles

The risk control profile is a quantitive analysis of possible threats and risks to the organization/operation.

The aim of compiling the operation risk control profiles is to provide a non-subjective understanding of the risks involved in the daily operations of the organization/operation by representing these risks along with the possible dangers they pose.

These assessments help an organization to align its strategy to include the necessary controls to aid in mitigating the risks the organization faces.

These profiles are built around aspects which cover the operation as whole in a series of different applications and aspects which include:

- The Thermal Assessment Infrared Thermography fault status.

- The Automatic Sprinkler System Inspection Compliance status.

- The Fire Hydrant Reticulation Network performance status.

- Risk Control Benchmarking in comparison with both best practices and applicable standards in the aspects of organizational risk management, environmental , fire defence and physical security.

By identifying and monitoring these aspects the client is able to avoid day-to-day disruptions to the organization and the activity aids in adequately monitoring risks pertaining to potential fires, supply chain issues, machinery breakdown and equipment malfunctions and possible personnel issues.
