Housekeeping Assessments
LNDR Consulting conducts housekeeping assessments which are tailored to include key concern aspects of the client’s operation.
Although multiple procedures, corporate policies and regulations govern the operational environment and storage of materials as well as flammable liquids there are often times where these procedures and policies are not fully enforced or are neglected.
When these policies are not adequately enforced or are neglected the risk the potential injury and/or fires is increased.
LNDR Consulting conducts multi-faceted housekeeping assessments on the client’s premises to identify potential risks and non-conformances posing a risk to staff and/or property.
These assessments include, but are not limited to, assessing potential slip and fall hazards, monitoring stack heights and storage of goods and ensuring they are within acceptable limits, identifying non-conformances regarding the storage of flammable and hazardous liquids as well as vegetation control.
This service is conducted on a scheduled or as-need-be basis dependent on the client requirement.
The reports generated include images and locations of all non-conformances as well as risk mitigating recommendations.
