Due-Diligence, Pre-Lease and Pre-Acquisition Inspections

Ensure that the premises you are moving into is fit for purpose.

Dependent on the client’s operational activities and needs it is imperative to determine whether either the leased or newly acquired premises is fit for purpose.


The pre-lease and pre-acquisition signing inspections allow the client to ascertain whether the building they are moving to is fit for purpose and/or to ascertain what the current state is of the premises to know what will need to be changed or adapted to make the premises fit for purpose.


One of LNDR Consulting’s staff members will visit the premises on the client’s behalf and conduct an assessment which provides a general overview of the currently installed fire defence systems (such as automatic and manually operated fixed sprinkler installations, smoke detection, fire hydrant installations) to determine their adequacy in relation the client’s proposed activities which will be conducted.


These assessments also include a flow and pressure test of the hydrant reticulation network and inspection any fixed fire pump installations and including the review of the relevant documentation and servicing information.


Where the intended premises is under normal and viable electrical load conditions a thermal assessment is also conducted.


Also included in the package is a general housekeeping assessment including commentary on the security and physical building condition.
